Welcome to my little spot on the web where I like to share my love for life, family, travel, medicine, & wellness.

I’m so glad to have you here!

I created this space as a place of positivity, where I’m able to share my passion for finding goodness and adventure in life each and every day.

 

Family

 

 

Ryan and I met in high school- my sophomore year, his freshman year. Yes, I am 8 months older than him, and he will not let that go. We are high school sweethearts & newlyweds from the southern United States, but we are currently out west exploring Utah. To read more of our story, check out my very first blog post here.

 

We enjoy doing so many things together! Like traveling, hiking, skiing, camping (well, he’s trying to convince me), eating good food, and watching This Is Us. 

 

We have a dog named Aspen. She’s a spunky and cuddly black golden doodle, and we love her very much!

 

 Medicine

Ryan and I are both students. Ryan is an undergraduate pre-med student studying neuroscience, and I am a graduate MPH student. Also, I was just accepted into PA school! It was quite a journey making it this far, and I look forward to documenting my journey on here.

 

Travel

My passion for life has made me love travel and adventure.

 

Traveling sets my soul on fire. Ever since I was a young girl, I was thrilled and amused by the astonishing adventures the world has to offer. The world is a fantastic place, and we only have so much time here to explore this magical home we call earth. I aspire to travel to as many countries, ascend as many mountains, and hear as many waves crash onto shore as humanly possible.

 

I greatly enjoy experiencing the world as much as I can through travel- whether travel means 30 minutes or 30 hours away.

I’ve realized while I can’t travel away to far off destinations full-time, I can turn life each day into an adventure, whether near or far. 

& I love to document those adventures here.

 

Wellness

Staying healthy and active is so important to me. I feel the huge effects of eating well and being active has on my mental health, possibly even more so than my physical health. I have learned a lot about physical and mental health over the years, and enjoy writing about my wellness journey and tips I’ve learned.

 

Well, that’s a little bit about me & what I love. Ultimately, my goal for this blog is to document my life & inform & inspires others to live each day to your fullest and become your best self!
